Open Demographics Field on Candidate Experience

It would be great if within OutMatch Assessment, we could send a survey invitation to participants and a rating survey to managers and the system could provide statistics on completion of those matches.  Additionally, if we wanted to do an open link, it would be great if we could have an option where employees entire a unique identifier (e.g. employee ID) and the system knows whether or not to allow them in and correctly matches them to their rater.

    Unique ID is a separate request from validation automation. The ID is an urgent need - we are currently matching by name which is very time consuming and opens up opportunities for missed and incorrect matches.

    Unique ID is paramount for the Talent Analytics team to accurately match assessment data to supervisor ratings/metrics during a validation study. Leaving it out opens us up to either 1) having a reduced sample size (remove people with the same name) and/or 2) having inaccurate matches between the two files.

    Not having a Unique ID for each case can make the merging process easily troublesome for research and validations. If we are able to get an ID, time will be saved and sample sizes will increase since we currently remove cases if names are exact.

    Unique ID!! The OutMatch platform is a huge win particularly b/c it is more efficient and lowers our time to delivery; matching by name is not a scalable process and reduces efficiency during the validation

    Not having a unique ID to match cases creates huge problems with validity particularly in ROI, and Turnover analyses. It reduces the level of return we're able to show our clients, and significantly reduces our confidence (and ultimately what we're able to report out on) in the data.
