Modify the Printable Interview Guide so that it does not throw an error when refreshed

If a user refreshes the Printable Interview Guide in a certain way, the system throws an error and the user will see a 'Sorry' page.  This happens if the user is viewing the guide, then highlights the URL in the browser address bar and clicks 'Enter'.  This does NOT happen if the user right clicks on the screen and clicks 'Reload'. 

We are not certain why a user would do this but the system is logging errors when they do.  To date, we do not have any support tickets reporting this issue but we have numerous entries in the error logs since mid-December.

If we want to prevent a poor user experience, then we would need to modify the system to handle this scenario.
